Through Yourtherapist.gr a user-visitor can request an appointment with an expert-therapist either online or through the telephone service. The telephone procedure for requesting an appointment follows the steps of the electronic procedure. During the booking process, the visitors-users are obliged to submit their data, which are sent to the expert-therapist both to facilitate the communication between them as well as for the procedure to be completed. The responsibility for accepting the appointment lies with the expert-therapist and in case the expert-therapist does not confirm the request for an appointment within 2 hours, this may be canceled, so that the visitor-user is served by another expert-therapist. At the same time, Yourtherapist.gr does not define and is not responsible for the tactics and methods that the expert-therapist will follow, nor can it force them to see a visitor-user. Also, Yourtherapist.gr does not set specific costs for the visit, nor does it check whether the expert-therapist is in contract with a National Organization for Health Care Services (EOPYY) or other private insurance companies. It is at the discretion of the expert-therapist to ask the interested party to examine them and the interested party to judge and decide accordingly.
The users - visitors have the ability to submit reviews about their experience with the professionals-therapists that are found on our website either electronically or by phone. In addition, if the evaluation is contrary to good practises, is offensive, presents a distorted picture of reality or shows that the user-visitor does not know the procedures followed in the respective professional space and, therefore, the comments affect the credibility of the expert- therapist, is not published in the profile of the expert/therapist / gym. For the investigation of any incident but also for the information of the expert-therapist, Yourtherapist.gr reserves the right to promote the evaluation to those interested. When publishing an evaluation in the profile of the expert-therapist, both the expert and the user who has submitted the evaluation by automatic email from Yourtherapist.gr are informed. The expert / therapist / gym have the ability to respond to any evaluation they wish in order for both comments to be visible. Yourtherapist.gr reserves the right not to upload an evaluation when the comments concern diagnosis, drug treatment, are abusive-offensive, the non-appointment as well as the issue of proof of service based on the Market Order no. 4 / 28.11.2012. Finally, the evaluations concerning Yourtherapist.gr and the use of the service are not visible in the profiles of the experts-therapists / gyms.

Yourtherapist.gr only provides the possibility of hosting personal websites of experts-therapists in order to facilitate the contact between therapists (partners) and therapees (users), and does not bear any responsibility for the cost or the services provided by the experts-therapists and the relevant pricing, does not advertise in any way, whereas simply aims solely at upgrading its wellness services by providing further opportunities to users-visitors through the most complete and adequate information. The profile of an expert-therapist may continue to be visible in search engines after the end of their collaboration with Yourtherapist.gr, displaying the basic information, such as name, photo, professional address and contact phone number.
Yourtherapist.gr does not bear any responsibility for the material posted on the profile of its professional partners. More specifically, Your Therapist is not responsible for any false certificates, professional details, business addresses, CVs, photographs.
